The Book of Luchisms
My aim is that you’ll enjoy the poems I’ve selected for Volume 1.
I’ve assembled pieces that cross time (in the dates they emerged),
and offer myriad thematic exploration.
My poems are usually inspired by a single word that intrigues,
OR an observation’s musing...
They nearly always develop using contextually divergent thoughts,
and metaphorical flourishes,
arranged in several verses, each distinct in its circumstance,
though sharing a common theme
(however fractured — closely tied, or vaguely so —
those notions may be, one to another)...
I believe you’ll find these pieces crisscross our world of
Colour (from charm to whimsy); Shadows (from edgy restlessness to
palpable fear); and Expression ( bringing life to words)...
May you find yourself immersed , and intriguingly so
